Piyush Chhabra
Founder & Managing Partner
An independent, persuasive and successful lawyer based in Delhi who has earned eminence through thorough preparation and intrepid presentation. He graduated in 2009 and holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from National Law University.
He has appeared before District Courts, various Tribunals, the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India for more than a decade, with complex and diverse experience, and has obtained significant orders in criminal and civil matters at every level of court. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
He has participated in group discussions, conferences and moot courts, including the All India Moot Court in 2009 at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, and was recently invited to Chanakya Law College, Rudrapur for a guest lecture on the practical aspects of advocacy and the legal profession. His article was published in the International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts.

The senior member of the firm, Sh. Subhash Chhabra has had an exceptionally brilliant academic and professional career, and has been practising law for the last forty years.
He completed his Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Hindi and History from Lucknow University, followed by a Post-Graduate degree in History and then his law degree from the same university. He was Secretary of Lucknow University in 1973–74.
His interests lie in criminal law. He has handled several cases before all levels of courts and has advised major corporate blue-chips, public sector entities and non-governmental organisations. A prolific speaker with the courage of conviction, he has arranged, spoken at and attended numerous seminars and conferences, and has an excellent track record of successful court arguments.
